Information you provide
When you contact us or request an estimate, we collect your name, email, company and optional phone number, together with your message, project goals, budget and timeline. Please do not send passwords, confidential customer records or other unnecessary sensitive information.
How we use it
We use enquiry details to review your requirements, respond to you and manage project discussions. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. We also use limited technical information to prevent abuse and duplicate submissions.
Storage and service providers
Enquiries are stored in our Supabase database. Studio notifications and acknowledgements are processed through our email provider. These providers may process information outside South Africa. We use service providers to operate the website and respond to enquiries; we do not sell your information.
Optional analytics and advertising measurement
If you accept optional cookies, we use Google measurement tools to understand page visits and enquiries. We may save campaign source, medium, campaign, content, search term, Google click identifier, entry page and referring site in session storage, and attach that attribution to an enquiry. Form text, names, email addresses and phone numbers are not sent as analytics event parameters.
Your choices
You can accept or decline optional measurement and change your choice through Cookie preferences. Declining does not prevent an enquiry. Withdrawing consent stops new measurement events and clears the attribution stored by this website; it does not delete information already submitted. You can also clear existing cookies in your browser.
Security and retention
Enquiries are accessible through server-side credentials. We use validation, restricted database access and abuse controls. Enquiry records are retained for responding to and managing the business relationship, and reviewed for deletion when no longer needed. Records that must be kept for an ongoing agreement or legal obligation may be retained longer.
Access, correction and deletion
Contact info@pixelcrowstudios.net to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
Accounts and products
If you use a Pixel Crow product or account, additional product-specific information and terms may apply. Payment details are handled through the payment provider used at checkout.
